presentation
Produced within the framework of the
University of Quebec in Montreal, with my fried
Marie-Hélène Montpetit (who introduced me to her friend
Jean Turcotte), this video was shot with two cameras, so that it could
be seen on two monitors, placed side by side; as though the screen was
twice as large. The final installation was presented at the Powerhouse
gallery (now La Centrale) in a collective exhibition in May 1990.
There is an extract of the single-tape version towards the end of the film
A Montreal Girl.
